The team is working with a number of UK universities to enable young mining professionals, geology and engineering students in Mauritania, to benefit from video linked workshops to the UK. This is a cost effective and at the same time inspiring way to create partnerships which will forge positive links between the UK and Mauritania, supporting the professional development of Mauritanians interested in their important mining sector.
The online workshops will give Mauritanian participants an insight into latest processes, technologies and comparable projects and the opportunity to engage in dialogue with globally recognised specialists.
The team intends to commit regular resources towards public health projects in partnership with local communities in the areas where the Company intends to be active. This may include building on experience in mobile health clinics in the UK to bring primary health provision and access to remote communities.
